- Yes, I know how to run uphills....put one foot in front of the other...
- 1) Smaller steps - fast feet, faster turn over (yeah that's the word I was trying to say)
- 2) Swing your arms - when your legs are tired, move your arms more...
- 3) Lean slightly forward. Moving your momentum upwards up towards the hill is a good thing, but too much forward can move your momentum into the the ground...
1) CONTROL - Breathing, body and form...
2) Recover - Breathing and energy. Recover from what you lost on the uphill
3) Open up your stride - gain the distance and have control, but always be ontop of your body and never overstride
4) Lean forward (slightly) - use the momentum as you lean slightly forward to being more parallel to the downhill, the better you will be.
